Recruit the IT Human Resources on behalf of IT Resource Company. Understand client HR requirements from sales and marketing department. Search for candidates from various sources like referrals, Job search portals, Social networking sites and other database Schedule & conduct interviews Coordinate and Undertake selection process
Conduct or coordinate Job Readiness training for IT resources – Company will provide training for this. Work on writing up or enhancing resumes of IT consultants – Company will provide training for this.
Coordinate with the external consultant & Government agencies for employees US immigration processes and other statutory requirements. Work on employee’s retirement and health benefit management.
Issue offer letter
Organize and conduct Induction Programs
Update the MIS and Biometric information
Regularly Update MIS data with new enrollments and resigned employees
Maintain employees Increment report
Create employees performance report
Manage receiving resignation letter/e-mail from resigned employees
Sort final settlements with resigned employees
Must have Skills
• Must be dependable, consistently at work and on time, follow instructions and direction.
• Must take initiative, have accuracy and thoroughness in work, be able to prioritize.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be self-driven and willing to learn new things.
Experience: 0 to 3 years.
Salary: RS. 1.2 – 2 Lacs p.a., salary is negotiable based on experience.
